Our Hiring Process
Screening call
This initial contact typically lasts 15-20 minutes by phone, focusing on understanding the candidate's current career moment and motivations.
HR Interview
In this stage, we introduce Singular's core values and delve deep into the candidate's work experience.
Tech Interview
The final step of our interview process is dedicated to assessing the candidate's technical skills through a conversation with our team specialists. This is an in-person opportunity for the candidate to meet our office and team.
